Lotus of Siam - Flamingo Road
About This Spot
Stepping into Lotus of Siam - Flamingo Road feels like entering a warmly lit haven that quietly celebrates the delicate balance of Thai tradition and vibrant energy unique to Las Vegas. It’s not a place of flashy spectacle but rather one where the steady hum of enjoyment and connection fills the space—inviting you to slow down and savor moments, both culinary and communal.
The atmosphere here is an intimate blend of relaxed elegance and inviting warmth. Soft lighting brushes over rich wood tones and thoughtful details, creating a sense of comfort without pretense. The pace is unhurried, allowing conversations to weave naturally alongside the unfolding dishes, making it ideal for friends or family gathering to share in discovery rather than merely dining.
The menu quietly performs like a well-curated story of Northern Thai flavors, each plate offering a layered experience that sparks curiosity and nostalgia. Imagine savoring the tender, smoky notes of grilled prawns topped with a tangy, spicy sauce or the creamy, aromatic richness of a beloved Thai curry served with just the right balance of heat and sweetness. The dishes arrive together, encouraging a style of eating that’s communal and connected—each bite a conversation starter, a bridge between guests and the kitchen’s artistry.
Beyond the food, this Lotus of Siam location hums with gentle attentiveness. The staff moves with ease, their presence felt but never intrusive, allowing you to feel cared for as much as indulged. It’s that combination of thoughtful service and authentic flavors that turns a meal into a memory worth savoring.
Whether you’re drawn by the promise of a rich bowl of spicy seafood soup or the playful contrast of crispy fried bananas paired with cool coconut sorbet, dining here is an unfolding experience—sometimes lively, often soothing, always deeply human. It quietly earns its place as a Las Vegas gem where the unspoken joy of sharing Thai food becomes a quietly jubilant celebration of culture and togetherness.

I am been to Siam several times in the past few years. Food is always on point and spectacular. Sharing family style is great to take all the flavors and I love how all dish are ready at the same time. The service the last 2 trips have started to drop. Both occasions were lunch and not crowed. There are many servers around but a lot of they dont make eye contact. Getting attention to clear dishes and just extra utensils took just seemingly extra effort. Hope that improves for future diners.

Hands down an AMAZING restaurant in Las Vegas for Thai food! it’s the closest to the real deal I’ve tasted since visiting Thailand! I’ve been here twice while visiting Las Vegas and both visits were fantastic. Everything is packed with authentic flavor and the portions are generous leaving you full and happy. Chicken Satay is delicious even without the peanut sauce, and the little cucumber salad on the side is fresh and perfect. Panang chicken curry (mild spice level) is creamy, perfectly sweet, and absolutely bursting with authentic Thai flavor! Rice is charged separately, so you might have some extra panang curry sauce left over. Thai fried rice was ordered to go and it was just as good as everything else The Royal Ricky is a fantastic non-alcoholic drink if you want something refreshing. This is now my go to spot whenever I’m in Vegas craving Thai. Highly recommend! ????????

We stopped in on a Friday night. The food was good, but the two standouts for me were the prawns appetizer and the Tom Kha with shrimp soup was the best I think I’ve ever had. A lemon grass coconut milk mixture. I wanted to lick the bowl lol. Everything else was good.

Beautiful atmosphere, fantastic service by everyone. I had heard their Thai Khao with whole fried softshell crab was good, so I had to try it It was extremely creamy and rich, with perfect egg noodles. The crispy crab was very flavorful and a fun experience to try! Fantastic Thai tea of course, a must!

Great experience, great food, great service, and amazing ambiance. The prawns were perfectly cooked with that addictive garlic crunch — rich, flavorful, and so comforting. Portions were generous, and the service was attentive without feeling rushed. The whole vibe of the restaurant made the experience even better. This place is a true Vegas gem for anyone who loves Thai food.

Some of the best Thai food I've ever had, as a SEA native. Great regional specialities as well as classic international Thai staples. Best meal we had in Vegas by far. larb - spectacular garlic prawn - fried prawn, along with the crispy fried shell. such a clever dish. and the shell was absolutely divine. the prawn itself was a tad tough but it's to be expected given the hard fry. I wonder if there's a way to fry just the prawn shelll for longer. soft shell crab - good, and the green peppercorn was a herbaceous punch. panang curry and tom yum - great renditions
